Bay of Fundy Mudslide Ice Cream Sandwich

Use your favourite cookie any size, Farmers Bay of Fundy Mudslide ice cream, any topping, Roasted chopped Almonds, coloured sprinkles, chocolate chips
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
·             Favourite cookie
·             Farmers Bay of Fundy Mudslide ice cream
·             fudge sauce
·             Roasted chopped Almonds, coloured sprinkles,  chocolate chips
·             Chocolate sauce
Preparation:
  1. Spread fudge sauce on the cookies
  2. Then top with softened Farmers Bay of Fundy Mudslide ice cream
  3. Top with another cookie
  4. Roll edges with your choice of Roasted chopped Almonds, coloured sprinkles, or chocolate chips
  5. Freeze until firm serve on a plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce and enjoy.
