Choice Low Fat Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup        Fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit
½ cup       Low fat, vanilla yogurt
½ cup       Farmers Choice 1% Milk
                Grape Nuts

Instructions

  1. Place fruit, yogurt and Farmers Choice 1% Milk in blender; whirl until well blended.
  2. The smoothie will be thick and yummy.
  3. Pour into a glass; garnish with Grape Nuts.
    Hint: Frozen fruit adds to texture of this drink and makes it nice and cold.
